SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship to USPS confirmed addresses within the United States as well as to many countries Worldwide. Items are always shipped either same day or within 1 business day of payment unless otherwise stated. Most items over $200 will be shipped with signature confirmation enabled. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only, items are not guaranteed to arrive within these dates. If a product qualifies for Free Shipping, upon checkout you the buyer will also have a couple other EXPEDITED shipping options in the case that you would like your package delivered faster. As the purchaser, you must select the correct shipping option that offers ‘free shipping’ which will be selected by default. The current shipping carrier and method we use for all purchases made with Free Shipping available is UPS Ground (1-5 day) except for shipping destinations in Hawaii & Alaska. In these cases the cheapest shipping option available that offers delivery within 1-5 days will be used. If for reasons beyond our control, that shipping method is not available for a specific order at any specific time, we will use the cheapest shipping rate found at that time with either UPS or USPS. Orders containing multiple products of reasonable size will be combined, unless otherwise specified.
In case of international sale:
We are obligated by federal law to be honest on customs forms – declared value and item description must be accurate. We are not responsible for brokerage, duty or other taxes and fees relating to importation. We will not mark any item as “gift” or write a lower value than the sell price for international packages. Please check voltage requirements – items may not be compatible in all countries. We do not offer shipping to the following countries: APO/FPO, US Protectorates, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Macau, Brunei Darussalam, Philippines, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan Republic, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Czech Republic, Latvia, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, or The Russian Federation.
We currently offer a 30-day return policy for customers located in both the United States and Worldwide which covers a full refund for any products which upon receipt, under perform and do no meet the high standards that we promise for our reconditioned & used products. If an item does not function to the specifications listed on theOrganicArtisan.com’s webpage for that product (or if the item does not match our description for that listing), it can be returned within 30 days for your money back equal do the total you paid on the original purchase, minus shipping & handling(unless free shipping was granted), OR exchanged for the same product if the same product is available. This warranty does not cover misuse, buyers remorse or problems caused by voltage incompatibility or incompatibilities with other devices purchased separately by the buyer. We will pay the return shipping cost if the item is not as described in the listing. This means if the buyer changes his or her mind and ends up not wanting the item, it is the buyer who will be required to pay for the return shipping of that product. The item must be returned in the condition it was received. Meaning the buyer must package the item up in the same way it was sent. If the item is not as described in the listing we will gladly cover the return shipping costs and quickly ship the corrected order or item to you within 24 hours. No partial refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns otherwise.
